SV9100 PCPro is a Windows-based configuration and management application for the UNIVERGE SV9100 communications platform. It streamlines initial setup and ongoing administration by letting technicians and IT staff program extensions, trunks, call routing, keys, and system features through an intuitive interface. The software supports template-based programming, batch edits, and import/export to speed deployments, and it includes backup and restore functions to safeguard configurations. With options for local or remote connectivity, PCPro helps apply changes with minimal disruption and produce documentation for maintenance records. It’s designed to reduce on-site time and minimize errors compared with manual phone-based programming.
SV9100 PCPro is developed by NEC. The most popular version of this product among our users is 14.10. The names of program executable files are AppMgr.exe, AppMgrCP20.exe and AppMgrEX.exe.
